Job summary

The CFO Centre Australia is expanding in Sydney and seeking experienced CFOs to join as fractional financial leaders for privately owned SMEs. You’ll provide strategic leadership to businesses with revenue up to $50M, working flexibly as an autonomous practitioner within our global CFO network.

• Must have CA/CPA qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer experience – commercial and strategic.

The Role:

You’ll deliver fractional CFO services to ambitious $2-50M private businesses, helping them achieve their strategic goals. You’ll be a self-starter with energy, ambition, and a passion for supporting business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and MDs.

What You Bring:

• Be a self-starter with ambition, energy and a 'can do' attitude

• Desire to work closely as part of a team together with our Regional Directors in a collegiate environment
• Qualified with one of the major accounting institutes (CA/CPA)
• Minimum of 7 years Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer experience - commercial and strategic

As you build your portfolio, you’ll shift from thinking "how do I grow?" to "how do I add even more value for my clients?"

We’ll help you build a strong, rewarding portfolio through the combined efforts of our Regional Director and central marketing team. While we actively generate opportunities, your own networking and proactive engagement on the ground are key to maximising opportunities and long-term portfolio success.
