Job summary

Lightning HR PTY LTD in Maryborough, QLD, is seeking a Head of Finance to own the finance function across multi-site operations and join the senior leadership team. Our client is a successful family-owned manufacturing business seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its senior leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth.

This is a genuine leadership position for a CPA-qualified finance professional who knows how to lead an accounts team, bring structure and discipline to a business, and provide directors with the financial clarity they need to make confident commercial decisions.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of the finance function across a multi-site operation, working closely with the directors and operational leaders.
