Chinese Community Social Services Centre Limited (CCSSC) is a leading organisation focused on culturally responsive welfare services, migrant settlement, NDIS services, and community and residential aged care for the Chinese-speaking community in Victoria, Australia. The CEO will lead the organisation, directing a senior team to ensure service delivery, growth, and compliance with standards.

Competenze

Commitment to the mission and objectives of CCSSC, and appreciation of Chinese culture and needs of the Chinese-speaking community.
Postgraduate qualification in Business Administrative/Management or Organisational Leadership desirable.
Extensive strategic leadership and management experience (5+ years) in welfare services and aged care.
Proficient in English; Cantonese/Mandarin desirable.
Clearance under Aged Care Rules 2025 screening requirements.

Mansioni

Lead CCSSC and collaborate with the senior executive team to oversee all operations.
Ensure services are delivered as described and positioned for growth.
Oversee delivery of services, financial and HR management, risk management, compliance and service innovation meeting legal and accreditation standards.
