Job summary

RACV Limited is seeking a Chief Engineer at RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast. You will lead the engineering and maintenance function, ensuring safety, service excellence and asset reliability across buildings and grounds.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification and current Queensland trade licence.
• Experience leading engineering or maintenance within hotels/resorts or large commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Engineering & Maintenance team with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee engineering and maintenance operations across buildings, grounds and plant.
• Manage asset lifecycle planning and capital works projects from concept to commissioning.
• Administer operating and capital budgets to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Ensure WHS, fire and essential services compliance and emergency response readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver guest experiences.
