• 10+ years of Commercialization, Marketing, Innovation, Category or similar experience in leading complex projects.

• Lead ANZ commercialization agenda to deliver Innovation and OOTF growth ambitions.
• Define and govern the commercialization portfolio with balance of scale, risk and growth potential.
• Partner with Marketing, Insights, POTF, R&D, Supply Chain to identify and accelerate opportunities.
• Drive portfolio decisions maximizing growth, incrementality and long-term value.
• Collaborate with Global Leads to share learnings and shape the Global Innovation Agenda.
• Chair and lead innovation review forums and provide recommendations to Senior Leadership.
