Job summary

Staff Needed is seeking a Senior Chef to join our team to revamp the summer menu across Australian venues. You will bring experience in multiple cuisines and help design specials and themed nights to excite guests.

The ideal candidate is trade qualified with 3–5 years of quality a la carte dining experience, owns a traditional uniform and knives, and can travel to sites nationwide with valid Police Check and Cert III in Commercial Cookery.

Position Overview:
Senior Chef

needed to assist the current team in the revamp of the menu for the summer season. Modern Aust Menu in place currently but looking for someone with experience in multiple cuisines to bring fresh ideas and plates to the table for specials and themed nights/weeks.

Do you measure up?

• Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining across varied styles.

What we need from you to get started;

• Updated CV outlining all your employment with dates.
• National Police check that is valid with the last 12 months.
• Qualifications, i.e. Cert III in Commercial cookery.
• Certificates, i.e. Food Handlers, RSA, RCG.
• 2 -3 Contactable Referees.
• If you are on a Visa, please send through evidence of the visa category.
