Job Description

Chef or qualified cooks required for an established food and beverage hotel in regional Victoria. The Austral Hotel in Colac, Victoria has been recently renovated to be one of the premium hotels within the south western district of Victoria. Enjoying a consistent food trade serving over 1200 locals and travelers each week, the Austral is looking to add to its Kitchen team.

You will need to love producing quality food, being customer service focused and enjoy working in a team. All the kitchen team have input to menu creativity and ideas. All food handling and commercial cooking certificates are a requirement for the role
