Job summary

The Austral Hotel in Colac, Victoria is expanding its kitchen team and seeks a Qualified Chef to join a recently renovated venue offering high standards of food service.

You will work across days, evenings, weekends and public holidays, report to the Head Chef and Manager, and contribute to creating a dynamic and exciting food proposition for locals and visitors.
