Coolum Beach Hotel—a flagship ALH property—is transforming and launching Coolys Kiosk, a new beachfront burger bar and cafe concept alongside its refreshed main kitchen. We’re seeking chefs and cooks of all levels to join the kitchen squad and help deliver high-quality, guest-focused dining during the relaunch period.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-paced kitchens, possess trade cooking qualifications, and thrive in a team that values safety, culture, and fun.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen with food safety awareness.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to deliver great guest experiences.
• Trade cooking qualifications are required or assumed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW experiences with fresh, delicious, consistent dishes.
• Drive kitchen operations during relaunch across pub dining and burger/kiosk menus.
• Contribute to a positive safety-first team culture.
