Coolum Beach Hotel in Queensland is launching Coolys Kiosk and refreshing its main kitchen, and we’re seeking Chefs & Cooks at all levels to join the kitchen squad. Bring energy, passion and a readiness to contribute to a high-volume, customer-focused operation during a relaunch.

You’ll work with a dynamic team, apply your trade cooking qualifications, maintain safety standards and help deliver WOW experiences for locals and visitors.

Something BIG is coming to Coolum Beach! The iconic Coolum Beach Hotel is undergoing a massive transformation and relaunch. As part of this expansion, we're opening Coolys Kiosk, a brand-new beachfront burger bar and cafe concept alongside our refreshed main kitchen

To bring this exciting new vision to life, we're looking for a variety of passionate, energetic Chefs & Cooks to join our kitchen squad:

A day in the life of a Chef:

• Deliver 'WOW' Experiences: Collaborate with a dynamic kitchen team to serve up fresh, delicious, and consistent dishes that delight our locals and visitors.
• Set the Standard: Drive kitchen operations during an exciting relaunch phase across both classic pub dining and fresh burger/kiosk menus.
• Safety & Culture First: Contribute positively to a team culture centered on food safety, hygiene, teamwork, and fun.

About you:

• You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications.
• You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity.
• Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team.
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people.
