Job summary

Coolum Beach Hotel is expanding and relaunching with Coolys Kiosk, a new beachfront burger bar and cafe concept alongside a refreshed main kitchen. We’re hiring Chefs & Cooks of all levels to join the kitchen squad and help deliver WOW experiences for locals and visitors.

Join during an exciting relaunch phase, work across classic pub dining and our new burger/kiosk menus, and contribute to a culture focused on food safety, teamwork, and fun.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Holds necessary trade cooking qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW experiences with fresh, delicious dishes.
• Drive kitchen operations during relaunch across pub dining and burger/kiosk menus.
• Contribute to safety, hygiene, teamwork and culture.
