You'll play a pivotal role in a forthcoming kitchen renovation, collaborating with management on design, workflow and equipment to create a best-in-class operation and memorable guest experiences.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS standards.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the kitchen.
• Be a key stakeholder in our upcoming kitchen renovation, including design, workflow optimisation, equipment selection and operational planning.
