Coolum Beach Hotel is expanding and relaunching with Coolys Kiosk, a new beachfront burger bar and cafe concept alongside a refreshed main kitchen. We’re hiring Chefs & Cooks of all levels to join the kitchen squad and help deliver WOW experiences for locals and visitors.

Join during an exciting relaunch phase, work across classic pub dining and our new burger/kiosk menus, and contribute to a culture focused on food safety, teamwork, and fun.

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Holds necessary trade cooking qualifications.

To bring this exciting new vision to life, we’re looking for a variety of passionate, energeticChefs & Cooksto join our kitchen squad:
A day in the life of a Chef:

• Deliver 'WOW' Experiences:Collaborate with a dynamic kitchen team to serve up fresh, delicious, and consistent dishes that delight our locals and visitors.
• Set the Standard:Drive kitchen operations during an exciting relaunch phase across both classic pub dining and fresh burger/kiosk menus.
• Safety & Culture First:Contribute positively to a team culture centered on food safety, hygiene, teamwork, and fun.

About you:

• You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications
• You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity
• Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
