Job summary

EVT is seeking a casual cooks & chefs to join the team. You'll be a key player in the daily operations across the kitchen outlets. You’ll help deliver high-quality food across the restaurant, IRD and Breakfast for the hotel while maintaining standards, food safety and a great guest experience.

You’ll work across hotel outlets with a focus on breakfast and dinner shifts, and EVT offers dynamic career paths within its hospitality network across Australia.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a cook or chef in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
• Experience working on different kitchen sections is ideal, but training can be provided.
• Passion for cooking and for breakfast or dinner shifts.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WH&S practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
