Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a cook or chef working in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
• Experience working on different sections of the kitchen is ideal, but we can train you.
• Passion for cooking good food and working breakfast or dinner shifts.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
• Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes for restaurant, IRD and breakfast services across the hotel.
