Redcape Hospitality is recruiting Chefs and Cooks to join its Newcastle and Lake Macquarie kitchen teams across several venues, from junior to experienced roles. Tell us your location, kitchen experience and preferred hours to connect with opportunities and a Head Chef.

Formación

• Qualified Chefs or Cooks with relevant commercial kitchen experience.
• Experience preparing and cooking through busy service, with high-volume experience valued.
• Availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook consistent, high-quality pub meals through busy service.
• Take responsibility for your section, from preparation through to pack-down.
• Keep food quality, presentation and timing on track.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to keep service moving.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards and keep your workspace clean and organised.
