Job summary

Redcape Hospitality is seeking qualified Chefs to join casual kitchen teams across three venues: Durack Tavern, Willow Hotel and Commercial Hotel. Tell us your preferred location, availability and kitchen experience so we can connect you with the right Head Chef.

You will prepare and cook high-quality pub meals, run your section from prep to pack-down, and work closely with the Head Chef to keep service moving.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work across grill, pans and fryers.
• Strong organisation and pride in the food you serve.
• Availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook consistent, high-quality pub meals through busy service

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Experience as a Chef in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
• Confidence working across grill, pans and fryers
• Strong organisation and pride in the food you serve
• A reliable approach and willingness to support your teammates
• Availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
