Job summary

Australian Venue Co. Sydney venues are gearing up for a busy summer and we’re looking for casual kitchen stars from Demi Chefs through to Kitchen Porters to join our teams across Sydney pubs, bars and restaurants.

If you enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, friendly team, and great hours over the summer, we’d love to hear from you. Casual shifts across multiple venues offer flexibility and the chance to gain valuable hospitality experience.

Qualifications

Ready for a busy summer? Join our kitchen teams across Sydney!

Summer is just around the corner, and our Sydney venues are gearing up for a big season. We're looking for casual kitchen superstars, from Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs through to Kitchen Porters, to jump in, get involved and help keep our kitchens running at their best.

Whether you're an experienced chef looking to pick up extra shifts, a cook wanting to build your experience, or a Kitchen Porter who loves keeping a busy kitchen running smoothly, we've got opportunities for you.

With plenty of hours available over summer, this is a great chance to get involved, work with great people and be part of the action across some of Sydney's best pubs, bars and restaurants.
