Job summary

Cater Care is seeking a professional aged care chef to prepare nutritious, appealing meals tailored to the health needs of older adults. You will lead kitchen production, ensure food safety, and deliver warm service to residents and staff.

The role requires a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery; food safety certification is preferred and prior kitchen or site management experience is valued. Casual, on-site role in NSW, with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desired).
• Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management.
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
