• Relevant trade qualifications (or working towards for Commis roles).
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen environment (preferred).
• A strong work ethic with a passion for fresh, high-quality food.
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
