Depending on level and experience, you will deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standards, support daily kitchen operations, and work within a professional team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications (or working towards for Commis roles).
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for fresh, high-quality food.
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
