Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualifications (or working towards for Commis roles).
• Experience in hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and presentation.
• Collaborate within a professional kitchen team.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and workplace hygiene.
