Qualifications

• Trade qualifications (or working towards for Commis roles).
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for fresh, high-quality food.
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including preparation, service, and presentation.
• Work collaboratively within a professional and supportive kitchen team.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness.
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused kitchen culture.
