Job summary

Halfday Deli is seeking an experienced kitchen specialist to join our in-house kitchen where we bake almost everything from scratch, including focaccia and pizza dough. The role is 38 hours per week across 5 days, with a Sunday/Monday weekend.

You will contribute to a fast-paced environment while maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency. Applicants should have proven baking experience, particularly with pizza dough, and be prepared to work under our head chefs to deliver

Job description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate person to join our kitchen. We make pretty much everything in house inc focaccia pizza dough.

5 days with a Sunday/Monday weekend - 38hours a week.

Must haves:

• Previous experience with baking, especially pizza dough (absolute non-negotiable)
• The skills and attitudes to uphold our high standards
• Willingness to work under the lead of our head chefs
• Previous work in a high flow, high pace setting
