Job summary

Regis Aged Care in Brisbane is seeking a Commercial Cook to join our kitchen team and prepare nutritious meals for residents. You will follow menu plans, dietary requirements and food safety standards while maintaining quality and service.

Permanent full-time or part-time roles available. Applicants with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a passion for teamwork will fit well in our caring, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Commercial cooking experience
• Cooks: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or working towards)
• Chefs: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality food and service
