Etymon Projects Pty Ltd, operator of The Charles Brasserie and The Charles Bar in Sydney, seeks passionate Chefs to join our kitchen team. We offer casual, part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible schedules to suit availability.

Work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver high-quality food across Brasserie and Bar, while developing your skills in a renowned, One Hatted venue. Join a busy, professional kitchen and be part of a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in a quality restaurant environment preferred.
• Experience in hatted or Michelin environments advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook dishes to required standards of quality and presentation.
• Prepare mise en place and keep your section organised for service.
• Work with Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation during service.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and safety requirements.
• Keep your section clean and efficient throughout service.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising waste.
• Support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
