Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Chef Manager to lead and manage all kitchen operations at Seton College in Samson, WA. You will prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals and catering services while driving food safety and HACCP compliance.

In this role you will manage food costs, ordering, stock, and budget performance; recruit and develop kitchen staff; and build strong relationships with school stakeholders to ensure exceptional dining experiences across all client spaces.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chef with relevant trade certification.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Experience with budgets and KPIs.
