Salary: $90,000 per annum + Super
Retention Bonus: $1,500 after 3 months + $1,500 after 6 months
Roster: Mon - Wed: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm | Thurs - Fri: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Cater Care is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead our kitchen operations at an aged care residence in Horsham.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a Chef who is ready to take ownership of kitchen operations, lead and develop a team, and drive high standards across food quality, service and compliance. More than a traditional Chef role, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for residents while supporting and motivating your team.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

• Relevant Trade Qualification and current Food Safety Supervisor Certification
• Proven experience leading a kitchen team or managing hospitality operations
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• Experience in hospitality, catering, aged care or healthcare food services
• Highly organised, self-motivated and confident managing priorities independently
• Committed to delivering high standards of food, service, hygiene and resident care
• Willingness to make a long-term commitment to working and living in the Horsham area
