Cater Care Horsham is seeking a motivated Catering Assistant to join our aged care team. You will support the preparation and service of nutritious, high-quality meals to residents, helping maintain comfort and wellbeing in a hands-on kitchen role.

This entry-level role includes training and development pathways, employee discounts across 650+ retailers, a company uniform, and confidential wellbeing support through our EAP.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen hand, catering assistant, or hospitality role.
• Exposure to aged care, healthcare, or contract catering environments (desirable)
• Ability to follow procedures and work efficiently under pressure
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
• A respectful and caring approach to working in aged care

Roster: Monday to Wednesday | 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Pay: $27.08 base rate + Super
