Job summary

BlueCare is hiring a Chef for the Warana Beachwood Aged Care Facility. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a focus on preparing, cooking and serving meals that meet dietary and safety standards.

You will support senior hospitality staff with menu design and implementation, uphold quality and SOPs, and bring a trade qualification plus 3 years' experience. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a trade qualification such as Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Australia) or above.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Chef.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve food adhering to dietary requirements and food safety standards.
• Assist senior staff with menu design and implementation.
• Promote quality standards and maintain standard operating procedures.
