Melaleuka Farm in Western Australia is seeking an energetic Chef to join our back-of-house team, bringing passion for hospitality and a genuine love of great dining to every shift. You will collaborate with the Head Chef, prepare dishes with care and presentation, uphold food safety standards, and mentor junior staff to build a positive kitchen culture.

• Current Food Handlers Certificate.
• Cert III/ IV in Cooking/ Kitchen Management (Desirable, Not Required).
• Chemform Training Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Ensure dishes are prepared with care, presentation and attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation.
• Support training and mentoring of Junior staff, helping build a positive team culture.
