Job summary

Merivale in Sydney is seeking talented chefs to join our kitchen teams across the city on a full-time basis. As a Chef at Merivale, you will bring 2-3+ years of industry experience, knowledge of diverse cuisines, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.

You will uphold HACCP and hygiene standards, train junior staff, manage stocktakes and food orders, and contribute to menu execution.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of industry experience required.
• Knowledge around different cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-end restaurant, pub, cafe, or hotel.
• Understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices.
