Job summary

Wilpena Pound Discovery Resort in the Flinders Ranges is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be part of a resort environment, living onsite with accommodation and meals provided.

You will prepare and present high-quality dishes, take ownership of your section, and work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Weekend and public holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced chef in a commercial kitchen.
• Commercial cookery qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Confidence running your own section.
• Ability to stay organised and composed during busy services.
• A positive attitude and genuine willingness to contribute to the wider team.
• Flexibility required for hospitality shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Wilpena Pound Discovery Resort in the Flinders Ranges.

This is more than another casual chef role. You'll earn $30–$40 per hour plus applicable penalty rates, with accommodation and meals provided, while living onsite and building your experience in a unique resort environment.

What you'll be doing
