Job summary

Lucas Collective's Society in Melbourne is seeking a Chef de Partie or higher to join a premium, à-la-carte kitchen. You will help lead service in a fast-paced environment and refine your craft among Melbourne's talented culinary team.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or above in a premium, à-la-carte restaurant.
• European cuisine experience is highly regarded.
• Strong management practices within a section are important.
• Able to perform under high pressure during service.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and opening/closing shifts.
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
