Gastronomy is seeking a talented Corporate Chef de Partie to join our team, working within our corporate client’s offices. You will help deliver premium catering across executive lunches, boardroom events and bespoke functions, collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards.

This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, away from late nights and weekend work, with a focus on quality, presentation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ kitchen experience.
• 1+ year in a hatted restaurant or equivalent high-end dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of culinary styles, techniques and international cuisines.
• Experience working with premium ingredients and high presentation standards.
• Basic level of computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Intermediate level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of food safety and WH&S requirements.

• Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations and prep.
• Prepare and deliver premium catering aligned with hospitality and event menus.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Sous Chef on menus and production.
