Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a la carte restaurant or high-end dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Curate and deliver all food experiences for the property including restaurant dining, functions, weddings, events and experiential dining.
• Run your own section during service as directed by the Head Chef.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Assist and collaborate with other Chefs to ensure successful service.
