Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of your section, managing preparation, cooking and plating to San Telmo Brisbane’s standards.
• Coordinating with the wider kitchen team during busy services, supporting junior chefs and ensuring your section runs smoothly.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, stock rotation, cleanliness and food safety.
