ICC Sydney invites applications for a Chef de Partie to join our world-class culinary brigade on a Full-time basis. You will work with the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef to supervise all prepa­rations and ensure food quality aligns with ISO 22000 standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of hospitality, convention, and exhibition sectors.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the culinary team under the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
• Lead execution of functions and large events with strong organizational skills.
• Assist with event schedules and ensure smooth delivery of ICC Sydney events.
• Maintain strict food safety standards, presentation, and cooking techniques per ICC Sydney guidelines.
