S’Wich Services Pty Ltd’s Western Sydney Italian restaurant is seeking a Line Chef / Chef de Partie to join a busy, 220-seat venue known for its consistent quality across lunch and dinner services.

You will rotate between sections monthly, uphold recipes and standards, and contribute to a structured kitchen with clear leadership. Expect a fast-paced environment with long-term growth in a family-owned setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• Approximately 24 years' experience as a CDP or Line Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Comfortable rotating between sections on a monthly basis.
• Hardworking, reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Run your assigned section during prep and service.
• Adapt to rotations across sections and support the team.
• Maintain speed, accuracy and consistency during high-volume service.
• Follow recipes, standards and systems set by Head Chef and Sous Chefs.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and workplace standards.
• Communicate clearly with Sous Chefs and teammates during service.
• Show professionalism, reliability and a team-first mindset.
• Contribute ideas and show initiative during quieter moments.
