Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years in professional kitchens, including at least 12 months running a section as a CDP or Senior Demi.
• Background in high cover venues (200+ per service).
• Experience across multiple kitchen sections (larder, grill, sauce).
• Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and a current food safety certificate.
• Consistent execution and plating to spec at volume.
