Qualifications

• Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent of 3 years full-time experience in a similar role.
• Dedication to production, preparation and presentation of dishes of the highest quality.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Team player attitude and willingness to work within a large, diverse team.
• Commitment and passion for high-end service with guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment.
• A desire to grow and progress within the industry.
• Experience in premium restaurant/banquet kitchen.
• Enthusiasm and creative approach to high-quality cuisine.
• Planning and organisational skills.
• Understanding of Australian food safety, WHS and HACCP.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
• Well presented, punctual and reliable.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
