Job summary

Portarlington Golf Club is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will work with the executive and sous chefs to ensure smooth operations, preparing, cooking and serving a range of meals for lunch and dinner in our busy bistro and bar, with function work as required.

You will maintain high standards of meal quality and consistency, while following food safety/hygiene procedures in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications
