Seascape Restaurant and Bar in Surfers Paradise is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a multi-level beachfront kitchen. You will help create exceptional dishes and uphold strict standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times in compliance with health regulations, while monitoring food quality to ensure consistent flavor and presentation.
