Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted visa to work full-time in Australia.
• 2+ years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts.
• Willing to work a 7-day rotating roster on lunch/dinner shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high-quality food according to standard recipes.
• Support front of house and kitchen teams to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and HACCP/WH&S compliance.
• Receive goods deliveries and check invoices.
• Adhere to food safety standards and hazard controls.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
