Vineria Luisa Pty in Sydney is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our casual yet vibrant kitchen, delivering authentic Italian dishes in a fast-paced setting. This role offers full-time opportunities for the right candidate and the chance to contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

You'll work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning, ensure consistent quality and presentation, and help train junior team members. Previous Italian cuisine experience and strong communication are essential.

We're on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team and help us deliver an affordable, casual dining experience that celebrates flavour, hospitality, and heart. We have casual roles to start with, with full-time opportunities available for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements:

• Full Australian working rights
• Fluent in English
• Diploma qualifications and/or 1-3 years' employment experience
• Calm under pressure with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and excellent grooming standards
• Commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Hands‑on experience making fresh pasta
• A deep understanding of traditional Italian cuisine
