K’gari Beach Resort in K’gari (Fraser Island) is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead kitchen sections, craft high-quality dishes and uphold brand standards across outlets. The base salary for this role is between $75,000 to $80,000
Join our vibrant kitchen team at K’gari Beach Resort on beautiful K’gari. We’re looking for an experienced Chef who is passionate about creating quality dishes, leading by example in the kitchen and delivering memorable dining experiences for guests across our resort outlets.
As Chef de Partie, you will support the delivery of consistent, high-quality food across K’gari Beach Resort by planning menus, preparing and cooking dishes, monitoring presentation standards and helping guide the kitchen team. You will work closely with managers, kitchen and waiting staff, and relevant specialists to resolve food preparation issues while maintaining safe, hygienic and efficient kitchen operations.
The position is located at K’gari Beach Resort on beautiful K'gari (Fraser Island). K’gari Beach Resort is part of the KBRV Resort Operations Pty Ltd.
