Ranelagh Club in Mount Eliza, Victoria, is hiring a full-time Chef de Partie to join our renovated kitchen. The role covers lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday, with seasonal menus, and ongoing support for club events and private functions.

You’ll bring passion for food, strong bistro and event experience, and a collaborative approach. We offer a bayside setting, a 38–42 hour week, and a welcoming club environment.

• Prepare and cook dishes as Chef de Partie.

Full-time Chef de Partie | Casual chefs, cooks and kitchenhands

Set in the seaside town of Mount Eliza, Ranelagh Club is a private members' sporting and social club overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Members enjoy tennis, sailing, private beach access, beach boxes, and a fully licensed clubhouse bar and restaurant.

With summer approaching, we’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in our recently renovated kitchen. Our restaurant serves lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday, with a fresh seasonal menu and weekly specials. We also cater for club events and private functions.
