Job summary

Bankstown Sports Club in Bankstown, NSW, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade. You will manage mise-en-place, stock controls and ensure cooking to the club's high standards, while training staff under the Chef-in-charge.

The role requires a Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with strong OH&S awareness and teamwork. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices.
• OH&S awareness.
