Catering HQ is seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our amazing kitchen teams at Brothers Leagues Club and Fuller Sports Club in Cairns.

You will display great prep, cooking and plating skills, contribute to menu planning, and lead daily kitchen operations with professionalism.

Competenze

• A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Be flexible with working hours.
• A team spirit, bright and positive demeanour.

• Must display excellent prep, cooking and plating skills.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in growing food trends, techniques and the ability to contribute to menu planning.
• Strong emphasis on quality and consistency of dishes.

Job Description

Catering HQ is seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our amazing kitchen teams at Brothers Leagues Club and Fuller Sports Club in Cairns.
