Job summary

G2 Italian Pty Ltd in Burnside, SA 5065 is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Italian kitchen team. The role is full-time with flexible hours for the right candidate, offering a competitive salary of 70k–80k per year.

You will prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes, work across lunch, bar and dinner services, and uphold our high standards of presentation and food safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Italian cuisine.
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of Italian dishes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food safety certification and understanding of regulations.
• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality/Cookery preferred.

G2 Italian is seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine to join our team in our restaurant located in Burnside, SA 5065. This is a full-time role, offering flexible hours to the right candidate.

Preparing and cooking a range of Italian dishes, serving lunch, bar and dinner menus to a consistently high standard

Ensuring all food is presented beautifully and in line with G2 Italian brand and quality

standards

Work effectively and keep calm, respecting your team members, and maintain a well

organised, clean, and safe working environment

Collaborating with the wider team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our

customers

Adhering to all food safety and health regulations

Minimum one year of experience in Italian cuisine, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant

environment

Diploma in Hospitality Management (including Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/Kitchen Management) or at least three years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of a wide range of Italian dishes

Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
